The present petition has been filed under Section 439 (2) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to cancel the anticipatory bail of respondents No. 2 to 4, as the learned Court below in a mechanical manner granted the interim relief of respondents No. 2 to 4 vide order dated 26.10.2023 (Annexure P-11) and confirmed the same vide order dated 31.10.2023 (Annexure P-12) in FIR No. 177 dated 12.10.2023 under Sections 379-B and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Moti Nagar, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-8). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all his arguments raised in the present petition be kept open as he wishes to approach the competent Court which has granted the bail to the accused to bring forth the correct position and prays for withdrawal of the present PARUL 2024.04.22 14:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document petition.
