CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJIT SINGH

Present:

Mr.Kehar Singh Hissowal, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.

Petitioner has filed this third petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.270 dated 22.12.2014 under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, registered at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that this is third bail application filed by the present petitioner. Earlier two bail applications were dismissed on merit. It is specifically stated in those orders that the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation in view of the facts of the case. The complainant alleges that money was paid at the house of the present petitioner. The petitioner introduced the agents to the complainant. VISA was also found to Vineet Gulati 2017.08.09 16:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh be fake.

CRM No.M-28764 of 2017 -2In view of the above facts, I find that no ground is made out filing the petition for grant of anticipatory for the third time. It looks that the petitioner instead of surrendering before the police, is filing these bail applications time and again and misusing the process of the Court. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
