(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of impugned order dated 31.05.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed in FIR No.74 dated 26.08.2021 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 21/29/61/85 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Lambra, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar vide which non-bailable warrant have been issued against the petitioner.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
