3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed in a cross version in FIR No.199 dated 31.07.2014, under Sections 326/325/324/323/341/506/148/149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Samana, District Patiala.
On 27.08.2015 the following order was passed:- "
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been summoned in a cross-case and a case under Section 302 IPC was registered against the complainant side. He further submits that the case is fixed for 31.08.2015 and the petitioners are ready to appear before the Court below.
Notice of motion, returnable for 31.10.2015.
In the meanwhile, the petitioners shall appear before the summoning Court below. On doing so, the Court below shall admit them to interim bail on their furnishing bonds to its satisfaction."

CRM-M-28714-2015 -2instructions from ASI Labh Singh, has accepted this fact and stated that the petitioners are no more required for custodial interrogation. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not deem it appropriate to deny the petitioners the concession of anticipatory bail.
In the circumstances the order dated 27.08.2015 is made absolute.
