Vide order dated 26.06.2020, the petitioner as well as the girl were directed to meet their parents at Police Station Kotawali, Patiala, Punjab on 30.06.2020. Today, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned State counsel that the parties had met on 30.06.2020 and the matter was amicably resolved between the parties. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Puran Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. In view of the above, the order dated 26.06.2020 is made absolute subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
