 $% Petitioner Gurnihal Singh Pirzada has come up in this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.125 dated 10.06.2014 registered at Police Station Phase I, SAS Nagar, Mohali under Sections 406/420 IPC. It is undisputedly agreed by the two sides that the present FIR has been registered by one Narinder Singh claiming to be the Director of M/s International Customers Related Management Services Private Limited (ICRMS) regarding a dispute over the RATTAN PAL SINGH 2016.02.01 13:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



     Company between the various constituents of the Company. It is also not put to question that another case by way of FIR No.69 dated 19.04.2012 has been registered at Police Station Sector 3, Chandigarh for commission of offences under Sections 420/465/467/468/471/120=B IPC.

In the light of detailed judgment dated 16.09.2015 passed by this Court in CRM=M No.1720 of 2013 titled as 'Madan Singh and another v. UT Chandigarh and others', whereby this Court has highlighted how this dispute over running of the same very Company has led to filing of different FIRs, each by a different set of complainants, solely with the purpose to undo the effects of the other FIRs so registered against them and in view of the piquant situation that has creeped in, this Court had constituted a Special Investigation Team to investigate the entire dispute between the parties over this Company and its allied functions by way of rejuvenated investigations and who shall be at liberty to register fresh FIR on the basis of available evidence documentary or oral and till any conclusive findings are arrived at by the SIT so constituted, the present matter having become infructuous stands disposed off as such.
