Through this Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to decide representation dated 30.03.2020 (Annexure P-4). Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Director, Department of Elementary Education, Haryana, to look into representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-4) and decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
