Learned State counsel submits that five prosecution witnesses have been examined and three have been summoned for 20.08.2018. Prosecution shall endeavor to conclude its evidence at the earliest, in any case not later than six week's.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
