RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.1 to 7 to transfer the investigation of case FIR No.55 dated 02.02.2023 under Sections 186, 323, 332, 353, 506, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 13/17, Panipat, District Panipat, to respondent no.8, i.e. Central Bureau of Investigation. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that since the date of registration, there is no progress in the investigation in the abovementioned case and same deserves to be transferred to some independent agency.
