RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.1 to 7 to transfer the investigation of case FIR No.55 dated 02.02.2023 under Sections 186, 323, 332, 353, 506, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 13/17, Panipat, District Panipat, to respondent no.8, i.e. Central Bureau of Investigation. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that since the date of registration, there is no progress in the investigation in the abovementioned case and same deserves to be transferred to some independent agency.

On asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State and submits, on instructions from Inspector Jagjit Singh, that investigation is MEENU 2023.04.19 11:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
