As per allegations, the petitioner accused Jaswinder Kaur along with her brother Avtar Singh and mother Joginder Kaur had executed a sale deed on 18.5.2004 in favour of one Gurmail Kaur by forging jamabandis whereby although a sanctioned mutation in their favour was shown but as per the allegations, there was no valid mutation in their favour.

It is contended that the learned trial Court vide order dated 13.1.2016 (P-9) has already granted regular bail to the co-accused RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.04.04 18:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM-M 2965/2016 Avtar Singh while denying bail to the petitioner whereas the reasoning adopted for grant of bail to co-accused Avtar Singh is also applicable to the case of the petitioner.

It is further submitted that petitioner has already joined and fully cooperated in the investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions does not dispute the said factual position.

In view of the above, interim bail granted vide order dated 28.1.2016 is made absolute.
