**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner Shamsher Singh has preferred this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking protection of life and liberty of the petitioner from false implication in some case and to issue advance notice of 7 days in case petitioner is required in connection with any case or at least to issue notice under Section 160 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner only prays for the relief that the representation dated 07.08.2016 (Annexure P-6), moved to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Roop Nagar - respondent No.2, by the petitioner be considered and he does not press the other relief asked in this petition. In view of above, respondent No.2 Senior Superintendent of Police, Roop Nagar is directed to look into the said representation (Annexure P-6) and pass appropriate order within two months after receiving copy of this order, as per law.
