**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has espoused a cause, which is in the interest of all concerned. Petitioner seeks consideration of his request for repairing old X-ray and ultrasound machines or for installing new one in Government Medical College Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewat, Nalhar, Mewat. Petitioner also seeks deployment of Neurosurgeon and Cardiologist in the said hospital. Precisely, for the grievance in question, petitioner has moved detailed representations dated 07.04.2022 (Annexure P1 and P-3) to Director General of Health Department, Panchkula-respondent No.2 and Medical Superintendent of Government Medical College Shaheed Hasan Khan MewatANITA DEVI 2022.04.29 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his representation dated 07.04.2022 is decided by respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. Notice of motion.

On the asking of Court, Mr.Vivek Chauhan, Addl.A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of nature of prayer made by the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition by obligating respondents No.2 and 4 to have fair glance on the representations filed by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
