3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.210 dated 31.08.2013 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station N.I.T. Faridabad, District Faridabad. Learned Assistant Advocate General on instructions from S.I. Sukhbir Singh states that the petitioner is no more required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, I do not deem it appropriate to deny the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Resultantly, the petition is allowed.

   In the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
