Coram:
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....
Present:
Ms. Monisha Lamba, Advocate for the petitioner. .....
Inderjit Singh, J.
The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.36 dated 28.1.2016 registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Central Faridabad, District Faridabad. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
From the record, I find that as per the allegations, on 28.9.2015 the shop, which was in the name of the mother fo the complainant, was sold by impersonation to Dharam Chand. The present petitioner Vikas Bhadana is the attesting witness of that sale deed, who identified the impersonator as Vijay Verma mother of the complainant.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offences and the fact that the present Harpal Singh Parmar 2016.08.27 16:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
Cr. Misc. No.M-29667 of 2016 (O&M) [2] petitioner is required for custodial interrogation, I do not find it a fit case where the present petitioner is entitled to the benefit of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
