Rattu, DAG, Punjab Mr. Bhrigu Agnihotri, Advocate, for the complainant --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.158 dated 26.12.2023, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the IPC, registered at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

This Court vide order dated 4.4.2024 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 4.4.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagjit Singh, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5.
In view of the above, the order dated 4.4.2024 is made absolute. 6.
