(Oral) Present petition has been moved under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of necessary directions to the respondents No.1 to 5 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.6 and 7 in accordance with law. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that representation/complaint dated 28.3.2022 (Annexure P-8) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 4 at this stage. Mr. Naveen Kumar Sheoran, DAG, Haryana has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 4.

( 2 ) CRM-M-17718-2022 The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.3 to take action on the aforesaid representation.

State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-8, though it has been addressed to respondent No.4 only) in accordance with law within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
