CRM-M-28814 of 2017 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondent No.3 to permit the petitioners to reside in their native village. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that on petition having been filed for granting protection to the petitioners, the adequate protection was provided. But at present, they are in Safe House, Police Line, Narnaul. Now they are not apprehending any threat and do not need any protection and as such they be ordered to be released from the said Safe House.
