(ORAL) The four (04) petitioners, namely, Darshan Singh, Gurmail Singh, Bhupinder Singh and Balwinder Singh, are the residents of Village Jhampur / Thaska, P.O. Tira / Jandpur, District Mohali (Punjab), and are aggrieved by the illegal action of one Sudagar Singh by raising an unauthorized colony under the name and style of Dashmesh Colony in the land adjacent to the agricultural land of the petitioners. It is claimed that the said Sudagar Singh neither possesses any licence to develop a colony nor is the proposed construction permitted under the relevant statutes. To show locus, it is stated that with such construction at a raised level would adversely affect the agricultural activities of the petitioners.
