**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 41 dated 19.1.2018 registered at Police Station Gohana City, District Sonepat under Sections 376, 406, 420, 506 IPC IPC.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.1.2018. The victim has not supported the prosecution version and has turned hostile. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
