The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of Criminal Complaint No.2376 dated 20.03.2014, Annexure P-17 filed under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC and consequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

None had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 23.01.2019. Similarly on 30.05.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The position remains the same even today.

It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the present petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
