**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that letter memo No.STC-P(P-3)/14123 dated 15.07.2022, judgment dated 03.04.2017 passed by the Madras High Court in WP No.1598 of 2017 titled 'Chennai City Auto Ootunargal Sangam vs. The Secretary Ministry of Road Transport and Highways' and judgment dated 17.02.2021 passed by this Court in CWP No.5373 of 2020 titled 'Rajinder Parshad vs. State of Haryana & Ors.' have been implemented subject to the decision of pending SLP in the Hon'ble Apex Court.

Learned State counsel further submits that the claim of the petitioner shall be considered in the light of aforesaid implementation within a period of two weeks.
