(Oral) This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) in case bearing FIR No.07 dated 13.01.2025 under Sections 333, 115(2), 351(1), 351(2), 191(3), 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (Sections 118(1), 118(2) of BNS added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the matter has been compromised between the parties and the proceedings qua the petitioner have been quashed vide order dated 29.04.2025 passed this Court in CRM-M-12752-2025. It is further contended that the petitioner is not involved in any other case. 4.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State confirms the factum that the FIR has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2025 passed by this Court in CRM-M-12752-2025. 6.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the material placed on record.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, and the fact that FIR in the present case already stands quashed vide order dated 29.04.2025 passed by this Court, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
