(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.65 dated 11.03.2005 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 452, 382, 324, 323, 506 and 34 IPC registered at Police Station City Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).
Pursuant to the order dated 08.08.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 04.09.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Batala, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.1083 dated 05.09.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur vide letter No.15429/RKT dated 06.09.2017.
According to the report, the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is genuine, voluntary, and out of their free will.
