Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner that in case he surrenders before the learned trial Court within a period of one week from today and moves an application for granting bail to him, the same shall be decided by the learned trial Judge within a period of one week thereafter.

In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
