This is a civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 06.11.2019 (Annexure P-4) and Order dated 04.03.2020 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.2. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has submitted that the petitioner has not come to reside in the house in dispute with respondent No.3.
