ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7, who are parents, paternal and maternal uncle of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that respondents No.4 to 7 wants to perform the marriage of the petitioner against her wishes.

Though I find no serious allegation with regard to the life and liberty of the petitioner, however, respondent No.3 is directed to produce the petitioner as well as respondents No.4 to 7 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of District Court at Panchkula for counselling of the petitioner and respondents No.4 to 7 and only thereafter, he may take appropriate action after looking into the threat perception given to the petitioner within a period of 01 month thereafter.

Disposed of accordingly.
