(Oral) Counsel for the respondents has placed on record the payment order, to submit that the amount of Rs.6,44,589/- towards the arrears of salary have been paid to the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be relegated to avail the alternative remedy for pending payment, if any. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
