" the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.36 dated 02.03.2015 registered at Police Station Canal Colony, Bhatinda under Sections 66(1) of I.T. Act and Sections 507/295A IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed.
The petition stands allowed in those terms.
