Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against State of Haryana and other respondents for directing respondents No.1 to 4 to protect life, liberty and property of the petitioner and his family from the hands of respondents No.5 to 7 as they are regularly threatening the petitioner and his family members etc. and to investigate the complaint Annexure P-1 and legal representation Annexure P-2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
The perusal of the representation given by present petitioner shows that the main dispute between the parties is qua some agreement to sell of the year 2017. No specific particulars of any incident qua threatening etc. have been given in the representation. CRM No.M-28871 of 2017 -2illegal possession of house. They also threatened the applicant for his life. The facts, at which place, on which date, in which month and year, this threat was given and in whose presence and what was the occasion when the threat was given, have not been specifically mentioned. Only general averments have been given in the representation. The perusal of the representation itself shows that there is no serious threat to the life and liberty of the petitioner.
As regarding the property, the petitioner has alternative remedies available to him by filing suit etc. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
