(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.420 dated 12.08.2022, under Sections 323, 376(2)(n), 376(3) and 354 IPC; Sections 10 and 9 of Child Marriage Restraint Act, 2006; and Sections 6 and 8 of POCSO Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Narnaund, District Hansi.

Learned State counsel has filed the Custody Certificate dated 09.04.2024 in Court. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the counsel opposite. As per the Custody Certificate, the petitioner has undergone the total custody of 01 year, 05 months and 02 days including remission.
