(Oral) The matter has been taken up through Videoconferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID-19. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigations and nothing is to be recovered from her and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.
In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.6.2020 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
