The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to fix his pay in accordance with 6th Central Pay Commission Report. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has not revised salary of the petitioner in accordance with 6th Central Pay Commission Report which has been implemented w.e.f. 01.01.2006. He submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed, if the respondents are directed to decide legal notice dated 27.01.2023 (Annexure P-5) in a time bound manner.
