State Counsel has produced order dated 28th April, 2022 passed by the Additional Director Elementary Education, Haryana, Panchkula in compliance of the order dated 13th December, 2021 passed in CWP No.25250 of 2021 by the writ Court. Copy thereof has been supplied to counsel for the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner thus submits that keeping in view the position that has emerged today, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and seeks liberty to avail appropriate remedy against the order dated 28th of April, 2022 passed by the Additional Director Elementary Education, Haryana, Panchkula.

The contempt petition stands disposed off with liberty as prayed for.
