(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking a direction from this Court to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect his life and liberty as he apprehend danger to his life & liberty from respondents No.4 to 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that though notice of motion has been issued in the present petition, but the reply is yet to be filed and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib to decide his representation dated 20.04.2021 (Annexure P-2) by passing an appropriate speaking order.
