Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from petitioner No.1(ii) who is present in person, states that the petitioners do not wish to press the present petition on merits and that the petitioners would be satisfied if some reasonable time is granted to them to hand over peaceful vacant possession of the premises to the respondent-landlord. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from the respondent who is present in person, states that the respondent is agreeable to the same provided the petitioners be asked to pay at least the prevailing market rent.

Learned counsel for the parties are agreeable that the petitioners would pay an amount of ₹15,000 (rupees fifteen thousand) per month towards use and occupation of the premises starting from 01.05.2025. AMAN JAIN 2025.05.07 09:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CR-3202-2023 (O&M) -2Further, the petitioners would hand over peaceful vacant possession to the respondent on or before 30.09.2025.

In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioners are granted a period of about five months i.e. on or before 30.09.2025 to vacate the premises and to hand over peaceful vacant possession of the same to the respondent-landlord. An amount of ₹15,000 (rupees fifteen thousand) per month would be paid by the petitioners for use and occupation of the premises by the 7th of every month starting from 01.05.2025. An undertaking to this effect shall be given by the petitioners before the Rent Controller concerned within a period 15 days from today. 5.

It is made clear that in case the undertaking is not filed as directed within a period of 15 days from today, the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed.

Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
