In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that parties are co0villagers and the offences for which the accused has been hauled up are not of heinous nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in %&'( !&()* + !,',- .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2 #$ #2&3&('4$ 5 and %6.47&(1-2!&()*'(1,*-28+!,',- .(/'0 '(1'(,*-29#5$ #2&3&('4$ "the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.91 dated 19.11.2014 registered at Police Station Kahnuwan under Sections 326/325/324/323/34 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioners are quashed.
The petition stands allowed in those terms.
