Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for setting aside the impugned summoning orders dated 6.4.2021 (Annexure P-1), issued by Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Socieities, Sangrur -respondent No.4, dated 31.3.2021 (Annexures P-2 to P16), issued by Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Socieities, Sangrur -respondent No. 5 and dated 4.3.2022 (Annexures P-17 and P-18), issued by Inspector, Cooperative Socieities -respondents No. 6 and 7, on the arbitration references made by respondent No. 8 -society, whereby the petitioner was asked to appear in an arbitration matter pending before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Socieities, Sangrur. It is further prayed that ad-interim stay on the operation of the impugned summoning orders be granted.
Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that instead of pressing the writ petition on merits at this stage, his client would be satisfied in case, the applications dated 12.4.2021 (Annexure P-20 and P-21) and dated 16.3.2022 (Annexure P-22) pending before the Deputy Registrar, and ASHWANI KUMAR 2022.08.05 14:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Notice of motion to that limited extent.
On the asking of the Court, Mr. Ayush Sarna, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that he has no objection to the prayer of the petitioner to that limited extent. In view of the agreed stand taken by both sides, but without adjudicating the controversy on merits, writ petition is disposed off with direction to respondent No.4- Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Socieities, Sangrur, to consider and decide the aforesaid applications (Annexures P-20, P21 and P-22), by passing reasoned order within a period of 06 (six) weeks from receipt of certified copy of this order.
