Sukhdev Singh v. Lajwant Singh
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH RSA No. 2300 of 2000 (O&M) DATE OF DECISION :- 13.11.2025 Sukhdev Singh and another ...Appellants
Versus
Lajwant Singh and others
...Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None for the appellants.
*** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.
None is present on behalf of the appellants. On the previous date also none was present on behalf of the appellants. Appellants were granted last opportunity to move an application for impleading the LRs of respondents No. 1 and 3 but even that, the order was not complied. It seems that appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant appeal.
2.
In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellants to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.
3.
Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
