**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of FIR No.18 dated 09.04.2016, registered at Police Station Moti Nagar, Ludhiana, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 354-A and 341 IPC.
ASI Hardeep Singh has informed that in pursuance of order dated 27.08.2016 of this Court, petitioner No.1 has joined the investigation on 20.10.2016 whereas petitioner No.2 has joined the investigation on 25.12.2016 and their custodial interrogation is not required at this stage. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 27.08.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
