In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No. 1 to get FIR No. 661 dated 09.12.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 307 and 302 IPC at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, investigated by senior police officers posted outside District Mahendergarh or by some other agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No. 3-Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh, is directed to look into the matter pertaining to FIR Annexure P-1 and do the needful. 3.

In view of the above, respondent No. 3-Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh, is directed to look into the matter pertaining to FIR Annexure P-1 and do the needful, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
