RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to the order dated 18.07.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail.

Considering this aspect of the matter, the order dated 18.07.2018 is made absolute, with a direction to the petitioner that he shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date, without committing even a single default of his absence.

The petitioner is relegated to the trial Court to raise all pleas taken herein before the trial Court at the appropriate stage. The instant petition stands disposed of.
