RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0001 dated 01.01.2017 registered under Sections 15 and 22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar Banga, District SBS Nagar.

Learned State counsel submits that the trial is fixed for 18.12.2017 for recording the statement of the petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C. More so, the contraband recovered from the petitioner falls within the definition of "commercial quantity".

Since the trial against the petitioner is going to be concluded very shortly, at this fag end, she does not deserve the concession of regular bail.

Dismissed.
