**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) This is a second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim medical bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 276, dated 04.10.2017 under Sections 307, 326, 452, 506, 148, 149, 302, 201, 323 IPC registered at Police Station Daba, District Ludhiana for a period of four months.

Notice served upon the official respondent through State counsel. Earlier CRM-6347-2022 in CRM-M-31140-2018 has been allowed by this Court vide order dated 24.02.2022 and the petitioner was granted interim bail upto 27.04.2022. Now the petitioner further prayed for four months extension of interim bail. In view of the medical condition of the petitioner on record as reflects from Annexure P-5, petitioner is granted further interim bail upto 30.07.2022. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent by 5 PM on 30.07.2022. Petition allowed to the extent above. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.

However, in case, as per medical advice, the petitioner is still required to undergo complete bed rest, it shall be open for him to file an application by annexing all the medical records in this regard duly verified by the civil surgeon of the district concerned.
