(Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that he apprehends that he may be implicated in a false case as he has made a complaint against 14 police officials of Ludhiana i.e. FIR No.168 dated 26.04.2003. Besides, pressure is being put on him to enter into a compromise. He prays that advance notice be given to him in case he is sought to be arrested in any case. Petition is disposed of with a direction that in case petitioner is sought to be arrested pursuant to a complaint or case against him, he may be given 03 days advance notice.
