(Oral) On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he had not received any instructions from his clientappellant, whereupon notice was ordered to be issued to the appellant. As per the office noting, the notice issued to the appellant has been received back with a report that the sole appellant has expired. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has no instructions in this regard.

In view of the statement so made, the present appeal is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
