Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Satnam Singh, has submitted that petitioner has already joined the investigation, he is not required for further investigation and his further custodial interrogation is not necessary.

As such, in case the petitioner is arrested in this case, he shall be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Court, as per usual terms and conditions. The petition stands disposed of.
