Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in view of judgment dated 14.03.2022 (P-4) passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in C.A. No.2016 of 2022 arising out of SLP (C) NO.4452 of 2022. Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to an make application for redressal of his grievance.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Needless to say that in case representation is made within 02 (two) weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority, in accordance with law, within next 03 (three) weeks thereafter, positively.
