This is a petition under Section 12 read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 25.04.2024 passed in CWP-288172018. 2.

Learned State counsel states that order dated 25.04.2024 passed in CWP-28817-2018 has since been complied with. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say, that the petitioner would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
