RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.56 dated 07.06.2018 registered under Sections 324, 148 and 149 IPC (Sections 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Mehna, District Moga. On instructions from ASI Harjinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 21.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
