State of Haryana and others .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Mohammad Arshad,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Father-Omparkash of deceased-Kamal has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking transfer of investigation of FIR No.402 dated 17.6.2014 under Section 304-A IPC,PS Nuh,Distt.Mewat.

It is apparent that said Kamal was employed as an Electrician in the workshop of one Sunil Kumar @ Vicky and on the fateful day on 16.6.2014 he died of electrocution while executing his job. Accordingly, aforesaid FIR was lodged on the next day against said Sunil Kumar. It appears that police having found no case made out against accused have taken no further action. After arguing for sometime learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 28.08.2015.
